General Information
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because we offer both unique artworks and reproductions/merchandise, different return rules apply. Below you’ll find the conditions for returns and refunds.
Original Artworks
- Original paintings and one-of-a-kind works cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or you received the wrong item.
- If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve this immediately.
Prints & Merchandise
- For art prints, posters, and merchandise, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
- You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, after which you have another 14 days to send the item(s) back.
- Returns are only accepted if the product is sent back in its original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or the wrong item was delivered.
Custom & Made-to-Order
- Artworks made to measure or on commission, as well as personalized items, cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase price, including the original shipping costs.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of your return.
- If only part of the order is returned, shipping costs are not refunded.
